For the works done by our company applies the following rules:

Rear shock absorber

Repair: One year from the date of service (excluding racing suspensions and seizure due to fault in the assembly procedure or seizure due to problematic swing arm bearings)

Shortening : One year from the date of service

Revalving: One year from the date of service

The front suspensions are not covered by warranty.

A prerequisite for the warranty is that any check or service to the suspension must be done only at our workshop and not from any other technician

General warranty exceptions

Exceptions

1. The assembly and disassembly cost of the suspension from the bike.
2. The shipping cost of the shocks to or from our company.
3. The obligation of bike transport in case that immobilized.
